Subscription Information
The following pricing took effect 1 September, 2009.

Packages
- 150 port hours for $2000
- 300 port hours for $3000
- 600 port hours for $5,000
- More than 600 needed? Combine plans for the total hours needed. Contact us for additional discounts.
Port Overage (port hours used beyond subscription limit)
- $12 per standard definition port hour
- $24 per high definition port hour
Rollover Port Hours
You may roll over your unused port hours in one subscription year to the next subscription year.
Unused port hours can be rolled over to your next year’s subscription. Rollover port hours must have a subscription to roll over to.
Available Services
Recording and Streaming
The Commons provides recording and streaming services. These are charged to your subscription as one port hour for each hour of recording or live streaming. A streamed archive of the event is available for up to one week after the event at no extra charge.
Global Dialing Plan
The Commons continues to support a suite of H.323 gatekeepers in support of the Global Dialing Scheme using E.164 number assignments. There is no added charge for this service.
Site Coordinator Training
The Commons offers training for site support staff in the basics of H.323, networking and troubleshooting throughout the year. These sessions are announced on the usual email lists and on the Commons website.

New Technologies
The CMT has been busy reviewing and testing new technologies and expect to offer:
- Increased MCU capacity (using Polycom RMX2000 high and standard definition)
- Radvision Scopia MCU and Scopia Desktop (PC based)
Concierge Services
A new service being developed is the Concierge Service. Pricing is not yet available, but will be charged to your subscription. This service will provide a video operator to provide various possible scenarios, including high profile conferences where you desire an operator to answer each incoming call and greet the caller, monitor the quality of the conference, or host a Q&A session.
